Best Way To Care For Your New Piece
We work with beautiful natural fibres: mohair and cotton, that are made to last. With just alittle care, your pieces will stay soft, comfy, and looking their best for years to come.
Mohair
Mohair is a luxurious, lightweight fibre that’s surprisingly strong and incredibly low
maintenance.
- Good to Know: Mohair doesn’t trap odours or bacteria, which means it stays fresh
far longer than synthetic fibres. This makes it naturally antibacterial and ideal for
infrequent washing. - Avoid Washing: We recommend not washing mohair unless absolutely necessary.
Instead, give it a gentle airing out in fresh air: this is usually all it needs! - If You Must Wash: Hand wash very gently in cold water with a mild detergent made
for wool. Do not wring or twist. Lay flat on a towel and reshape while drying. - No Machine Washing or Tumble Drying
- Storage Tip: Fold rather than hang to maintain shape, and store in a cool, dry place.
Cotton
Our cotton pieces are breathable, durable, and easy to care for.
- Machine Washable: You can wash cotton garments in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Drying: Lay flat or hang to dry: avoid tumble drying to maintain the shape and colour.
- Ironing: If needed, iron on a low setting or steam gently.
