Returns & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Everyday People piece, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all labels still attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that sale items, gift cards, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Bundle Returns & Exchanges:
Items purchased as part of a bundle are subject to specific return and exchange conditions. Individual items within a bundle are not eligible for standalone refunds. If one item in a bundle is received in an incorrect size, that item may be exchanged for the correct size, subject to availability. However, should a refund be requested, all items included in the bundle must be returned together in their original condition. Partial bundle returns will not be accepted for refund processing.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Process:
To request a return, please email us at info@everyday-people.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you may send the item back to us.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 5–10 business days.
Kindly note that product availability may vary, and while we aim for precision in all listings, slight differences in colour, texture, or detail may occur due to screen settings, natural materials, or the handmade nature of our items.
